Just awful... Impossible to cover such a Legendary Group...In this type of venue..
I grew up with them and believe me that at one point, The Bee Gees were competing seriously with the Beetles.
Not for a long period, but in late 60’s they had a string of hits which was overwhelming..
All the basement bands during this time definitely were playing around with their songs..Their Harmonies were just spectacular.. It was a great time..
Watching this tonight has not been a good experience.. Stevie and John however get Props for their interpretation..
Messing around with Bee Gee’s Harmonies is recipe for disaster.
Plus so far they’re not covering enough of their early masterpieces.. Gotta get a Message To You, Words, etc,
I freaking hope the Beetles aren’t next.
