Started a memory book of everyone I’ve seen. I have over eighty pages of pics and autographs. I can’t believe how many shows we had back then. Saw the Stones for $10! Very good times indeed.

PS Steve Miller wrote Sky Pilot with Ben Sidren whom we knew a bit later in the 70’s. Maybe I should post Sky Pilot!!

Here's another Sky Pilot:

Interviewed Eric Burden right after he joined (and right before they kicked him out) War and released "Spill the Wine". What I remember was he was old and he had a drip of Maalox on his lip, just like my dad did the morning after drinking too much.

The bass player from Bad Company came off the stage after their set and seriously whacked a Poco fan with his guitar. The opener was Jim Croce.

Interesting and good concert.

Closest I thought I’d ever get to a Beatle. Not so however.

We had a venue called the Cow Palace in my home town. Saw lots then. Bad Finger
New Colony Six, sir Douglas Quntet, the Robb’s, Tommy James. Had no idea other kids had nothing like it.

Seems like we traveled the country together and didn’t know it.

I was lucky enough to have a seat in the second row for one of Davies' concerts and, at the end of the show, he walked up to the edge of the stage, looked straight at me, and gave me a wink.

I kid you not!!
Have always loved the Kinks!! Next to the Beatles, they're my favorite band.
