Has that goldfinch been banded? Its left leg has a patch of bright white.
Thank you for sharing the beauty of the great outdoors. I always find it therapeutic.

I had not noticed what looks like the banding. I have filed a report with the US wildlife service and sent the photo, along with another Id taken that shows the five goldfinches feeding among the blanketflowers.
