AMAZING MASKED TREE FROG....close-up like you've never seen before....green phase which is rare...

...on my property.....the common morph here seems to be the brown morph. i was so happy to see not one, but two, of these green morph Smilisca phaeota hiding in the automatic watering tank in my large dog run.

not the largest, but significantly larger than what you think of as tree frog sized

Thanks. I did notice the scar on the branch which made me wonder about the size. Thanks for the descriptions they are very informative.

I live in a desert, which of course is beautiful too, but you're making me jealous with all the wonderful amphibians!
