Ever hear of white beets? I ordered some from a local farmer selling on Market Wagon. Never heard about a white variety of beets before.

I have never heard of white beets, nor have I ever seen any like that! Wonder what they taste like?

Since the produce doesn't vary much, I always look for great textures and colors.
