Well, I have a new lens. Olympus Pro 12--45mm. Here's a sample that I took today:

I hope to get an entry in next month's contest using this lens!

I have a new Olympus Pro 12-45mm wide-angle lens
It takes most-nice images of my library's (book)friends

I hope to shoot an entry next month with this new lens
I hope to share upcoming images with you my friends

I am so very glad AndyS is well and posting here again(s)
Sometimes we both use this safe forum as our playpens

I do agree about the tools. The camera body and the lens are first-rate. Olympus makes great stuff.

Now as for me, I do have the eye. Talent? Well, maybe, sometimes.

Loved it for landscapes, but a little tricky. Nicely done with the 12!

I plan to use this as my walking-around, everyday lens.

Find a foreground object for the bottom of the frame and shoot at F/8. Everything will be in focus thanks to the great depth of field with an ultrawide lens.

It has an equivalent field of view in 35mm format of 24mm — 90mm. Great lens!
