circling in the late afternoon...

from their perch, they can see the St. Joseph's North Hospital in Tampa [insert demonic laugh here]

although it is in Tampa, the park is owned by the city of St. Petersburg from a time long ago when municipalities bought up land farther and farther away for the purpose of securing water sources. Very little development as a park and trees are left to their own life cycles so there are many of these pine trees that are a photographers dream

Foreboding, yes, but also very striking in how the birds appear.
