These were thicker than usual and I didn't want to risk underdoing them, so I turned up the flame a bit and this was the result, on both sides!

They were so good. I made a tossed green side salad to have with them, and it was perfect.

The vendor we get ours from always gets the best, the freshest scallops! Never had a bad one from them.

I can bet the scallops you had at Fundy Bay, Nova Scotia, were superb!

Since I bought enough for the two of us over two nights, we get to do this again tomorrow!

I used to enjoy them on top of angel hair spaghetti with garlic and oil but any way they’re fab. 👍
