US Air Force rock band Max Impact at Long's Park last night

Max Impact, the official rock band of the US Air Force, performed last night at Long’s Park in Lancaster, PA. The event was a homecoming for four of the band's members: musical director and guitarist Tech. Sgt. Andy Mowatt, bassist Master Sgt. Mike Wittrien, drummer Master Sgt. Gabe Staznik and keyboard player Tech. Sgt. Aaron Trasatt. The four are from Lancaster County and previously played together in the Steely Dan tribute band Steely Jam and as house musicians at the American Music Theatre.

Master Sgt. Nadia Sosnoski opened the show with a rousing rendition of the National Anthem

Any videos of theirs you can reference to? Did they do their own original music or mostly covers??

They played covers, but there could have been an original that I missed.

There are Max Impact videos on YouTube.

They did a beautiful arrangement of America the Beautiful.

What wonderful, in-the-moment photos these all are.

Some of them look like you were on stage with them, and some look like you were far enough back to see everything!

Super well done!
