The Orick Peanut

The car pictured is the one that struck the 9-ton wooden peanut at Orick, California, famous for a protest by nitwits who were against then-President Jimmy Carter's expanding the Redwood National Park. The car was removed by the time I drove back from my tour of the Redwood National and State Parks back in 2023. The car struck it just days before I visited the area.
