Related: About this forumPepper Had The Zoomies -- Shadow Tried To Keep Up!
Our Granddog Pepper's here visiting. She's two years old with more energy than the Energizer Bunny.

She loves to "help" Laurie with tasks.

Yesterday she and Shadow romped around in recently fallen snow.

Occasionally they may have a difference of opinion.

But then the chase is on.

Shadow thought she'd catch up to Pepper on the porch

but Pepper pulled a U-Turn. The chaser became the chasee.

The girls met back on the porch. Called it a draw.

Came inside to be warm and dry.

Good Girls. A puppy with pep ~

and an 8 1/2 year old puppy at heart.

(8,758 posts)And I can smell the snow. Makes me a bit homesick.
Shadow is beautiful. Pepper will learn a lot from her mentor.
Thank you for inviting us all along for a romp in the snow. You have no idea how much this gives to us all.

(131,904 posts)They were loving the snow, and here are my kitty and I, burrowed under covers with just a light covering of snow so far. Of course, it IS coming in sideways, withh wind chill of 0 degrees! Pet all the babies for me.
