with an odd expression. Why? What was that supposed to convey to the audience.

(31,769 posts)It's not a remake of the 1995 film nor a more literal interpretation of the Leonard book. But it's just fun, albeit edgier, tense, and more violent. New characters, new storyline, new situations. I loved watching it.
Season One currently streams on Netflix. Season 2 (and soon, Season 3), stream on MGM's Epix. Very much worth watching IMO.

SPOILER: So what is Miles conveying to the audience in the final scene?

IMO Miles is telling us that he's "made it." Leading up to that scene he receives a call from MGM asking him to take on a difficult project. He has developed a reputation as a fixer in saving the The Admiral's Mistress, and his little smirk and acknowledgment at the end by breaking the fourth wall is telling us that we should have never doubted him.

(12,798 posts)been an excellent series. I think they were talking about a 4th season, but I don't see how.
Thanks for answering, and I'm dying to see your posts after you watch it all.

(31,769 posts)sorry about that (and thanks). I'll have to look into Epix. Not sure I can wait for it to show up on Netflix.
