"Jeopardy" TV show

Alex Trebek said tonight that next week will be the final week of the show’s ‘regular season’.
I’m guessing that means there may be a week or two of ‘tournaments’;
competition between teens or past champions, etc.

Due to his pancreatic cancer, I wonder what plans are for future shows if and when he cannot continue as host,
and if they are considering a possible replacement host.

And he's sick and seems energetic. But again, he's an actor.
I sure love Alex.
