It's struggling in the ratings but I really like Emergence.
Interesting subject, good writing and acting, can't wait to see where it's going.

(7,502 posts)Allison Tolman, every since Fargo. Have it DVR'd but saving it for more of a binge session.
I think those Lost-type shows probably do better on streaming than as a weekly show though. I bet if it were on Netflix, it would have a better buzz.

Makes no sense unless HE is working with aliens or something.
I guess I have to keep watching though. When I saw Terry I hearkened back to "Lost" and how utterly ridiculous that show was as in creating story lines that had nothing to do with anything or the ending.
But it is good!

It tends to serve as both a hopeful and cautionary story about family.
While also showing the promise and potential pitfalls of AI.
I'll admit on Tuesday Night to switching back and forth between Emergence and a Frontline 2-hour deep dive into AI...

Emergence is the most relevant and entertaining show on network television.
