Allison Tolman, every since Fargo. Have it DVR'd but saving it for more of a binge session.

I think those Lost-type shows probably do better on streaming than as a weekly show though. I bet if it were on Netflix, it would have a better buzz.

if Piper is a result of Terry O'Quinn's character's company, how does she have other world powers using her mind to wreck stuff?

Makes no sense unless HE is working with aliens or something.

I guess I have to keep watching though. When I saw Terry I hearkened back to "Lost" and how utterly ridiculous that show was as in creating story lines that had nothing to do with anything or the ending.

But it is good!

Emergence is good because it works on at least a few different levels...

It tends to serve as both a hopeful and cautionary story about family.

While also showing the promise and potential pitfalls of AI.

I'll admit on Tuesday Night to switching back and forth between Emergence and a Frontline 2-hour deep dive into AI...

Emergence doesn't claim to be ripped from the headlines but they are right on the cutting edge of some of today's technology. Last night there was a high tech lab with 'Robot Dogs' torched...

Emergence is the most relevant and entertaining show on network television.
