I'd guess it will be available in the US soon too. I think when the series final ran in the UK, it followed the same or the next night.

It was a great show based on a real story and the follow-up was very much worth the viewing.

I missed the first two seasons, so I was glad to see they are available on Amazon Prime.

the Durrells spent in Corfu, I knew from the beginning that it was going to end, and to some extent how it was going to end, even without having read the books (which I haven't).

But I agree, wonderful series.

It is the story of Nancy and Lawrence Durrell. It was written by Nancy’s daughter Joanna Hodgkin.

In it she talks a lot about their time on Corfu.

The story of Durrells in Corfu was written by the brother that raised the animals. Lawrence was the older brother who was a writer. He and Nancy were married for 9 years and spent a lot of time in Paris.

Their picture is on the cover.

I highly recommend the book
