Taking a break from the real world for a moment

Does anyone here watch European tv on MHz (available on my Roku, don't know if it's available via other streaming devices.

I'm hooked. All foreign language, none of which I understand (so there's no getting up to see what's in the fridge without putting it on pause).

Murder by the Lake - Austrian/German
Dicte - Danish
Murder In. . . - French
Tatort: Lindholm - German
Banking District - Swiss
The Bastards of Pizzofalcone - Italian
Vertical Line - Italian

And then there's foreign language TV on Netflix and Amazon:
The Sniffer (can't remember the foreign name) - Russian/Ukrainian
Witnesses - French
Charite - French

The problem is that my wife doesn't particularly like them, though she's sorta kinda interested in a couple of them. The funny thing is that she understands the French and Italian, but would prefer the English language offerings.

And, speaking of English, some others we've watched or are watching.

Zen - English, based in Italy. Excellent, I thought, but only three episodes.
An English Game - I thought I wouldn't like it but am enjoying it.
Unorthodox - English/Yiddish - Another I thought I wouldn't like, but enjoyed it. Will probably watch similar English/Yiddish productions on the same issue - leaving Hasidism.

Okay, back to work.
