A few years back. I guess they entered public domain or their copyright slipped, and a lot of companies issued DVDs with various amounts of episodes for a couple bucks. Kelley was in two of them that I watched. Took a few moments to recognize him because it was black and white, and he was younger, but he was still craggy even in his late 20s/early 30s so much so that his being called, "The kid," over and over again in one seemed really weird.
