Anyone has been watching CSI Las Vegas?

Of course, the first CSI started in Las Vega. But after all the clones it is back there. Kinda.

Last year had a 10 episodes run with several old timers but with a brand new cast and fancy new sophisticated equipment. I also thought that the one story that ran through all 10 and was investigated by "Grissom" and "Sara Seidel" was convoluted.

Now it is back with Marg Helgenberger's Catherine Willows as an advisory role.

But I think that they are trying to bring complicated cases that will miss the attention of many average viewers. Also I think that each episode, the three so far, highlights one character that disappears in the next one.

Not sure about this rebirth but old habits are still there.

CSI Vegas really has grown over the years.
I always enjoyed the detective and technical
aspect of there investigations.
The current story lines have been interesting
and the new team are developing their own
strengths working together.
Years ago I read the Alienist books. It described
how the early Investigators started using scientific
analysis to find clues at different crime scenes.
Over all I do like the current ensemble and
story lines of this reboot.
