play an overqualified female candidate in a job interview and Short played an under qualified man who gets the job. How Short went from that premise to playing it Ed Grimley, only the creativity Gods know.

Otherwise, SNL has kinda gone down the tubes. not funny at all anymore. Even when I watch little snippets, I dont laugh very much...
