It’s the 100 million they want. I’m not looking forward to 65 when not only tv, but mailings begin.

The mail is just a slight detour to the garbage can on your way in from the mailbox. But the phone call harassment is downright EXHAUSTING!

January of the year I turned 65 it was like a floodgate was opened. As I reached the cutoff date to sign up it slowed, came to a trickle & finally stopped.

Funny thing. The government doesn't seem to be doing as well. I wonder why? I've heard so many stories recently about people being denied treatment or having to go through ridiculous gyrations in order to get treatment. I had a hard time last year not snarling at the medicare advantage salesperson CVS had at the front of the store all last year.

answer, the main thing to keep in mind is if you opt for a Medicare Advantage plan you will have network restrictions and be subject to prior authorizations that have to be approved by the insurance company. Just a thought for consideration.

Advantage plans are just another plot to bankrupt Medicare and force Americans into total for profit health care when they retire. They over charge medicare for everything, and make huge profits. Just another Bush-GOP plan to prove that our Social Programs don't work.

The Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (BBA 97) created Medicare Part C—originally called Medicare+Choice and now known as Medicare Advantage—and made significant changes to Medicare's interactions with managed care plans.

and start AAdvantage enrollment, Halloween and Christmas saturation advertising all on July 5th. I'd like to use the "Sarcasm" emoji but we're already headed in that direction.
