I've finally got the year right: 1928, not 1938. It only took me two years to figure that out.
Actor George Peppard was #BornOnThisDay, Oct. 1, 1928. Remembered for his films; #BreakfastatTiffany's (1961) & The Carpetbaggers (1964) & on TV's The A-Team (1983-'87). An drinker & smoker (3 packs a day), he passed in 1994 (age 65) from #lungcancer #pneumonia #RIP #gonetoosoon
