Him and this entourage of reporters at a bookstore. I only saw the back of his head as he was talking. I recognized the voice but didnt know it was him until I asked a staff member....

I liked Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Was the original also in color? It had to be one of the earlier movies that wasn’t BW.

I saw it in 2021 for the first time and it was in color. But it vaguely had the appearance of the type of movie that was colorized:

I can’t remember why (and I forgot to look it up after posting that), but I came away with the impression that it was colorized after. I think I am confusing it with a different movie.

I was never a fan of the Variety Show genre but Van Dyke & Company was the exception to that rule.

Dick Van Dyke assembled an incredible roster of comedic talent -- Bob Einstein, Andy Kaufman, Carl Reiner, Tommy Smothers, Mary Tyler Moore, Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, Steve Martin...
