In an interview Wednesday, Bill Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard and a vocal champion of Cotton, praised the lawmaker’s brief tenure in the House.

“He made more of a difference in six months than a lot do in six years or 16 years, and I think he’d have the same kind of impact on the Senate,” he told POLITICO. “I have talked to him on and off, and I do think he’s thinking about where he can make the most difference.”

Yes siree, being in Congress for 6 months, Cotton can find his way to a Fox microphone.

And I like the way the Arkansas Times describes him:

"On immigration, as with farmers, food stamps, Medicare, taxes, guns, or whatever, Cotton declares it's his way or nothing passes. If you want to see the best example of the dysfunctionality of Congress, Tom Cotton has moved to the head of the class."
