http://www.arkansasmatters.com/story/rules-approved-for-new-voter-id-law/d/story/XSLBF8IB3Eu8gKR3Sr3qpwLITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Board of Election Commission approved rules Wednesday related to the new photo voter ID law that takes effect in January.
Beginning in 2014, the Arkansas Secretary of State's office will issue photo identification to any voter that does not already have one.
Supporters of the legislation say it will cut down on election fraud.
Legislators opposed during the 2013 session argued the new law could have the effect of curbing the votes of the elderly and minorities.
Governor Mike Beebe (D) vetoed the legislation.
It became state law after the Republican controlled House and Senate voted to override the veto.

Voter Fraud occurred? Like thousands and thousands and thousands? Or is this like PA where they used another states two or three voters in 100 years and called in a disaster?

are fairly worthless. Mark Pryor (D-running for US Senate) came to our liberal little town yesterday and didn't tell anyone (including the paper) that he was coming. He had lunch at Bubba's BBQ on the edge of town and kept driving.

But as perverse as it may seem - you have people who empathise in New Jersey.
