On day I hope they have a way of the Police Car being able to shoot a dart with a GPS transmitter on it. Then they can just sit back. In Little Rock the state, city and county and Highway Patrol guys do a pretty good job of blocking side roads to try and hem the person in.

But you still have to deal with Arkansas drivers who just drive right out in front of a car with siren and flashing lights or just slam on their brakes in front of a police car with lights and siren blazing.

Lot of left lane campers probably soiled their undies.
