AR-HD70: Holladay victor in Arkansas House District 70 special primary (D) election

Health care administrator Alex Holladay won the Democratic primary for the special election for House District 70 on Tuesday evening and will face Republican Bo Renshaw in the March 3 general election.

Holladay, 42, of North Little Rock, defeated Cordelia Smith-Johnson, a 33-year-old civilian contractor from Sherwood, in the Democratic Primary. Holladay will now face Renshaw, of North Little Rock, in the March 3 general election. Renshaw ran unopposed in the Republican primary for House District 70.

House District 70 includes parts of North Little Rock and Sherwood.
