2. WHAT TO BRING
Make sure you bring one of these to the polls to be sure your vote counts:
a current and valid photo ID
OR one of the following documents (copies are ok):
A current utility bill
A bank statement
A government check or paycheck
A other government document that shows the name and address of the voter

3. VOTE!
Election Day is Tuesday November 6, 2012. Polls in Arkansas will

(27,247 posts)this election is going to be a wash because there are no statewide contests, the 3rd District seat has already been won by default, MittWit is going to win the state no matter what boneheaded things he might do, and even the local races there are not interesting.

Although the Democratic candidate bowed out, Rebekah Kennedy is running against Womack on the Green ticket.
It also looks like there are several ballot initiatives:
#1 "Temporary" 1/2% sales tax for state highways, bridges, etc.
#2 Municipal and county financing of sales tax anticipated revenue bond projects, etc.
#3 Proposal to allow 4 casinos to be operated by Nancy Todd's Poker Palace in Arkansas, one each in Pulaski, Miller, Franklin and Crittenden counties
#4 Proposal to allow Arkansas Hotels and Entertainment to own seven casinos, one each in Sebastian, Pulaski, Garland, Miller, Crittenden, Boone, and Jefferson counties
#5 Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act
