Democrats field another strong House candidate



Add another quality Democratic candidate to the field trying again to take back Republican seats in the GOP-dominated state House of Representatives.

Susan Inman, an elections expert and long-time government employee, has announced as a Democratic candidate for District 32, currently held by Republican Rep. Jim Sorvillo. She was defeated in a race for secretary of state by Republican incumbent Mark Martin.

She has been director of elections for the secretary of state and in Pulaski County, as well as supervisor of the circuit clerk's office. She's served on both the county and state election commissions. She wrote an election handbook used by county officials statewide. From her release:
