Middle of the state 111 today. At 7 am when I arrived at work it was already 89.

.... I'm concerned about the fires.
Rolling Blackouts.
It gets worse every year.
It is already over 100 out there. I live in Napa, and have been evacuated twice in the last few years. Seems to be starting earlier each year. Used to be this hot in mid to late July and August.

(5,111 posts)6. Im sure the traffic to HMB is horrendous. When it gets even a bit warm people flock to the beach.
When its trult hot and school is out, plus Cali is "open"...all bets are off! I'm only about 15 minutes from there. Maybe me and hubby will head over for a long overdue date night. I've only dined out 4 times in the past 18 months.
