Propositions:
CADEM is neutral on prop 26, and against prop 27.
26 seems to limit sports wagering to in-person gambling on tribal lands and "certain horseracing tracks"
27 seems to allow Indian tribes and affiliated businesses (what?) to operate online/mobile sports wagering outside tribal lands.

No recommendations found for judicial positions.
There are some interesting cases, such as two Democrats running for state senator.

(96,436 posts)rejected twice. I will be voting no on that one
They are trying to force dialysis clinics to unionize by making it a law through the proposition mechanism, and that is simply wrong
It is up to the workers in those facilities to unionize if they want, not through the initiative process
in my view

(13,581 posts)If I read the arguments right, one could make the case that it's welfare for Lyft, funded by people making over 2 million.
Like someone said of Musk (I think it was the Mayor of San Francisco) ... he took the tax break and left the state (HQ, anyway).
Thanks for pointing this out. Worth reading.
