(222,250 posts)While we're used to winter snow and freezing temperatures, over the last few weeks it's been in the 40s, came close to 60 degrees last week. But then yesterday it got cold again and we were hit with more snow and freezing rain here in the Northeast. This has been one weird winter, not that I'm complaining about the lack of snowstorms.

(4,053 posts)they are saying we've gotten around 5 inches of rain already and it's still pouring outside. Roads were really getting flooded around here yesterday around lunch time. Shitty storm drains in the valley. We lost our heat sometime yesterday afternoon so it's chilly in the house this morning. Waiting for a call back from the heating company. I hope they can come fix it today. I'm so over this weather. If I hear anyone talk about a drought in a few months........
