(2,809 posts)Usually my apartment had KBLX ever plinking Sade, DeBarge, Al Green tunes in the background, in it's "soft and warm, the quiet storm" days. Sigh, old, creaky steps apartment buildings now long gone in Hayes Valley. My 4th floor walkup had one of the only functional fireplaces. I used it a lot, too.
