5. I drove through central California to Morro Bay a couple weeks ago.

Everything was green and blooming after all the winter and early spring rains.

6. That's a nice area, good weather year round. Some drought issues in recent past. I have friends in SLO.

If your your job requires population, it's a desirable place, absolutely.
