SFV experienced about 6 street takeovers in one night: Lake Balboa, Van Nuys, Sylmar, Granada Hills, North Hollywood

maybe some of the same drivers moving from site to site.

because sometimes stores are ransacked by gangs of spectators afterwards. And it took the LAPD 15 minutes to show up. they've tried installing bumps in the road at some intersections to deter this... but even that didn't work... I hope they all enjoy breathing in those fumes.

Sigh..... 😕
