A lot of homeless stay there so I wouldn't be surprised if they may have started them. The fire in Ramona was caused by a a human smoking a cig. People SUCK!

16% humidity and gusting winds today is alarming to residents, especially those who lost homes in the 2003 Cedar Fire and 2007 Witch Fire. It happens FAST!
