Street lights?!! I don't want my tax dollars to go to lighting streets, I don't drive at night! If I did, what's wrong with navigating by the stars?! Mow park grass, what for? It'll just grow back. Maybe Beulah or Rye. south and west a ways, but you could get a place that is super quiet and find plenty of folks that just want to be left alone to the land and mountains.
