Cory Gardner served with subpoena in response to disability advocates arrested last month

U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner’s name appears on five subpoenas served Friday afternoon, on the eve of the Western Conservative Summit.

Gardner’s regional director was served with the paperwork, according to an attorney representing several protester.

The attorney said he wants to compel Sen. Gardner to answer to his constituents after disability advocates were arrested in the senator’s office on June 29. He wants to demand information about those arrests during a sit-in style protest. ...

he should have just TALKED to those disabled folk, LISTEN to them - they were his CONSITUENTS

but like most republicans there was no NEED for him to listen because HE DOESN'T FUCKING CARE

I am disabled myself and if I didn't live 400 miles away from Denver clear across the state, I would have been there, too. As it is, I am with them in spirit! I despise Gardner. He doesn't give a damn about those of us with disabilities or children from low income families or seniors who are forced to depend on medicaid. And he's too damn yellow to come talk to us - ever! I really hope Coloradans vote him out of office in 2020!
