Nine years ago I asked him a question, to his face while he was shaking my hand. He declined to answer, told me to make an appointment with his staff to arrange a discussion. He chose his staff well, quite expert at deflecting and delaying. Tried several times, also tried calling his DC office and sending snail mail. To this day I have not received an answer to that question. It really is how he operates.
