How do you get there in the summer?

Being from the flatlands, I never heard that term until now and was scratching my head. I found this definition:
Ski-in/ski-out means exactly as it sounds, with the slopes right outside your door. Ski directly to the lifts and ski home at the end of the day. There are no crowded shuttle rides or long walks from the shuttle stop to your home. A ski-in/ski-out property is the perfect warm-up lap for a day of downhill fun.

Sounds like it refers to easy access to ski slopes, not how you access the house itself.

The present owner must construct a helicopter pad before I'd even consider it. 😤
A mere 10,500 sq.ft. huh? Sort of cramped quarters, but I guess for a summer cottage it could be made to work. 🤔

There are literally single-wides in Aspen for over a million. A 2million 1bed, 1bath apartment/condo is par for the course.
This is a steal
