Skies here have been real quiet since Joe was declared the winner. His house and his headquarters are less than 3 miles from here.

Alexandria, VA is south of DC.

Andrews Air Force Base is to the South East.

Possibly, therefore, someone flying from Andrews AFB going westward.

You will often see the tankers orbiting on ADSB, but never the fighters that are refueling.
