The majority of large cities in the Lower 48 have seen their white Christmas chances drop. This year looks mild without a lot of snow across the country yet again; the exception being the far north and Mountain West (where there will be a LOT).

1. Sad. Christmas where I live is often 60 to 70 degrees. When little, low 50s at highest.

In winter it occasionally dropped below zero. Haven’t seen anything near 20 degrees in decades.
