People make too big a deal of wind chill; it's just what the combination of cold temperature and high wind feels like on exposed skin. Don't go outside, or if you do, dress warmly and keep as much skin covered as possible. If the actual temperature is -5 and the wind chill is -50, you'll feel -50 only on the parts of you that aren't covered. Your car and other inanimate objects will not be affected.

23 HERE now (southern MD, 60 miles south of DC.) Wind 17 mph NW.

Forecast 2 a.m. 19, wind 11 mph NNW; tomorrow's forecast 5 p.m. hi 31, 9 mph S.

Wind changes interesting. Sorry don't have exact winds for right here; no gadget, so rely on weatherunderground.
