20 mins of light rain in Jax was about it. Florida sucks so bad now that even storms avoid it now.

(3,047 posts)2. I live just north of Ft Lauderdale and it wasn't bad at all.
I'm probably less than 1/2 mile from the coast too. I did a partial boarding up of my house in the back. I heard this was going to be a busy season so I decided to get a jump on things. It rained a lot, but the wind wasn't too bad.
