Health officials said a COVID-19 outbreak was linked to The Social Club of Palm Coast in Flagler County, Florida

The Social Club of Palm Coast hosted a series of events, including karaoke and line dancing, in the last weeks of August

One woman, 69, and a man, 74, have died due to complications with COVID-19

A local report says an event held August 28 saw attendees flout face mask guidelines and social distancing
