MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man said he was “testing the system” when he forged his dead wife’s signature and requested a mail-in ballot on her behalf, investigators said.

Staff at the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections office noticed a discrepancy in the handwriting style from the original voter registration when they received a ballot request on Sept. 17, WFTS reported.

Manatee County sheriff’s deputies determined the signatures did not match and that the woman had died in 2018.

Investigators met with Larry Wiggins, who admitted to sending the request because he was “testing the system to see if it worked.”

1. That's a stretch of a conclusion over one case. Besides, their point is that the alleged cheaters AREN'T being caught. So if anything this case would work against their lies.

2. I advocate going after anyone who's attempting to subvert our election system. Don't you?

THEY ARE CHECKING SIGNATURES OF BLACK VOTERS. Not white voters. Not Republicans. They didn’t get him bc his wife is dead. They got him because they were questioning signatures of Black voters. If a system worked, It is the system of voter suppression. How many Black votes were thrown out for signature only before they got “lucky” and found a real fraud.

applications one by one? They tend to cut black voters by the 1000's not one at a time.
