Question: Daniel Webster of Florida's 11th District, which includes The Villages, stayed home...

and his website says "Due to family medical obligations, I am unable to travel to D.C. for tonight and tomorrow’s votes."

What do you think? Is this legit or did he chicken out on voting for or against impeachment?

His district includes the westernmost suburb of Orlando, which is probably a bit more liberal than the rest of his district. My guess is he was very tempted to vote for impeach, but chickened out, reasoning he would get defeated by an even more extreme R in the next primary. Coward.
