Piney Point phosphate pit seems to be

getting ready to kill the marine life in Tampa Bay as the powers that be send 22,000 gallons of contaminated water a minute into the waters around Port Manatee.

Seems there's a breach in the liner of the holding pond and the emergency management folks are evacuating residents and businesses from nearby.

Of course the problem of gypsum stacks has been neglected for years. It amazes me that developers haven't built on top of them and sold the homes as water front property.

Just hold your breath. Come on how bad could it be. Maybe a couple of dead fish don't make such a big deal out of it.
How many times are we going to let corporate America do this to us?
I know what we should do. Less regulation is the answer!
This blind loyalty to money makes me puke.
