His name comes up on just about every cop video I've watched with some joker saying that if it doesn't work out for the cop in the video he can always apply for a job at Metro State.

And he doesn't shut up for anyone. Saw one pleading with his mom to bail him out of jail - she wasn't biting - been there and done it before, I guess.

He's needs some kind of help, IMO.
