According to realtor.com, 4 of these are currently for sale. Not the oceanfront luxury condos of the Champlain Towers, but to me they still look very nice.

Although now days Florida is a hotbed of Republican craziness, at one time, in the not too distant past, we were a Democratic stronghold; most people don't move to follow politics.
Most of us don't live in high-rises at the beach. We can't understand why anyone would want to live in the snowy North. There is a reason that millions of Northerners have come to Florida; for the most part, they brought their Northern urban problems with them. Less than 40% of Floridians are natives......
