https://www.businessinsider.com/florida-covid-19-patients-begging-vaccinated-nurse-says-2021-7Patients in intensive care units (ICUs) with COVID-19 at a Florida hospital are "begging" to be vaccinated, a nurse told CNN.
The unnamed nurse, who works at the Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, said that patients, the overwhelming majority of whom are unvaccinated, are "at a loss" for what they can do to stay alive.
"Every single day... you're getting ready to intubate the patient in ICU, which means putting them on a ventilator, and they say, 'If I get the vaccine now, can I not go on the ventilator?'" the nurse told CNN's Randi Kaye.
She said that she has to repeatedly point out that the right time to get a COVID-19 vaccine is before they get sick.

This video needs to be shown every hour on the hour (in highly condensed 30 second form) on FauxFascistNews, OANN, and Newsmax. Maybe then the MAGA's will wake up and pay attention. Oh, and so the MAGA's will actually believe it, remove all references to CNN and rebrand it as one of their productions. If FauxFascistNews actually utters a true and complete fact in complete perspective, I will believe it. The MAGAs ? It has to come from DearLeaderTrump or their fascist networks

Do some of them think 'well if I get sick, then I'll get the vaccine and it'll save me'?

that's the problem. They don't go out and research it themselves, don't ask their doctors about it, etc since they only want to listen to the experts who support their agenda.

and media/government manipulation and fake news. Incredible ignorance on display about how vaccines work, though, for these patients to believe that a vaccine can help once someone has contracted the disease. That's kind of sad.
